„I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. We were not the only ones waiting at least another 5 or 6 ...

„The apartment was ok. the bathroom sink was quite small that water would spill when used, not all the appliances in the kitchen were operational (stove top and oven not working). No washing machine as advertised on expedia which was disappointing. The location of the apartment was great and central. “
