„Laut Info war Check- in ab 15h. Als ich um 18:15 dort ankam, war niemand vor Ort und es gab keine Information außer einer Telefonnummer. Ich habe zunächst versucht, über die Nachbarn herauszufinden, wo der Betreiber des Hotels ist. Insgesamt hat es mit warten ca. 30 Minuten gedauert, was nach einer langen Anfahrt mit dem Auto sehr unangenehm ist. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, wenn auch der Herr an der Rezeption freundlich war. Das Bett quietschte und die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. ...
