„Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled.
