There is private driveway parking for one car and room for more outside.



This villa is steps away from the on site supermarket, and is 15 minutes from Murcia International Airport, 1 hour from Alicante airport. Also 25 minutes from Murcia City, as well as Cartagena City centre and 15 minutes away from the coast and beaches of Mar Menor.



The resort itself is a thriving gated golf and holiday resort with great facilities including 17 swimming pools, bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the family.
