„Als wir ankamen wollte man uns erst ein Zimmer geben, das eine Stufe unter dem von uns gebuchtem war. Der Blick war in den Hinterhof und dort war überall Baustellenschutt und Müll. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe wurde uns nach längerem hin und her ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gegeben, für das ich hätte 20€ pro nach Aufpreis zahlen müssen.
