„Could not reach host to get check in details, Arrived in city at 4 pm and could not get a response from my repeated messages. Had to make alternate accommodations as I was travelling with family. Host did finally contact me at 8:30 pm after which I had secured alternative accommodations after arriving at 4 pm. “
