Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. The entrance is private, ensuring a seamless and independent stay. Free on-site parking is available for two vehicles. (One car on the driveway & One in the garage.)

Other things to note

Child Safety: We can provide stair doors on request. ($20)

Crib: We can provide one crib on request. ($40)

House Rules: No parties, smoking, or drugs. Please clean dishes after use.

Fire Place: Does NOT work.

Long-Term Stays: You are responsible to throw out the garbage. Garbage days are on Thursday mornings.

Parking Details: To access the garage, you have to open it from the inside manually. Please use common sense and don’t park on the lawn.

Street Parking: Street parking is not allowed from 2 AM to 6 AM without a city permit. You can obtain a free permit by searching for "Milton Parking Permit" online if you need to park on the street.

Key Policy: We will give you a unique code for your visit. No keys are necessary.
