➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay



Guest Access:

➤ The parking for the unit is located underground. Note that the parking garage entrance height is 6'5" (1.95m), so plan accordingly if you have a taller vehicle.



➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit and shared entrance with the rest of the townhouse guests. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Fireplace is NOT available for guests to use.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.

Getting Around:

Location is a six minutes walk to Queen St East at Sherbourne St transit stop.

➤ Kindly be aware that there are stairs leading to the entrance of the Airbnb unit. Please make sure you have read this information before making a reservation, especially if you require wheelchair accessibility.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
