The Space:

Before booking, please note that you will receive a link to a website to complete the required registration process, which includes submitting a government-issued ID for verification purposes upon arrival. No exceptions, as this is the registration process required by the building management for short-term stays, and this requirement is not coming from us, the hosts.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

➜ The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower.

➜ A washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that this unit does NOT include parking. However, there are paid parking areas nearby.



➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

This location is in the Church-Yonge Corridor neighborhood in Toronto. Church-Yonge Corridor is filled with a mix of commercial retail, single-family homes, and high rise condo buildings. The Church-Yonge Corridor is where the big city hustle bustle is. There is so much to see and do here, from browsing the trendy shops on Church Street, taking a stroll through Allan Gardens, immersing yourself in a live theatre performance or visiting an iconic attraction. It’s easy to see why the Church-Yonge Corridor is considered one of Toronto’s most happening hoods.



Getting Around:

Church-Yonge Corridor is ranked as the 3rd most walkable hood in the city. Residents literally have everything they need just outside their doorstep. But for those that need public transit, it is well serviced in this area with subway stations running all along Yonge and the Yonge and Bloor lines are the two largest in the city with busses/TTC running from each. Motorists looking to leave the area have easy access to Lakeshore and the Gardiner from Bloor Street.



Other Things to Note:

➤ Security camera in front of the main door entrance is ON and is actively recording video for security purposes.



➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
