A BBQ grill and a spare propane tank are available for your use. If there’s gas in the tank, feel free to use it! If it’s empty, you’re welcome to refill it at your own cost.

2. Patio Courtesy
Please keep noise levels low in the evening—no loud music or loud conversations on the patio—to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone in the neighbourhood.

3. Jacuzzi Use & Safety Guidelines
The jacuzzi is located on the patio for your enjoyment. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
• Children must be supervised at all times. No alcohol use inside the jacuzzi for your safety. Do not use if you have had a drink or are feeling nauseous.
• No diving, jumping, or horseplay in or around the jacuzzi.
• Avoid using the Jacuzzi if you’re feeling unwell or under the influence of alcohol.
• No glass or anything with a sharp edge inside the Jacuzzi
• Please shower before entering to help keep the water clean.
• Close the jacuzzi cover after use to retain heat and maintain cleanliness.

Necessary: After using the jacuzzi, please ensure you are fully dry before entering the house. This helps keep the floors safe and prevents slipping or water damage.
