Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to replenish these items for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ This unit is located in the basement. The entrance and laundry room are shared with tenants on the second and third floors. Guests do not have access to the backyard. Other than these shared spaces, you’ll have full access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home!

Located in Toronto’s trendy Leslieville neighbourhood, this home places you in one of the city’s most walkable and welcoming east-end communities. The area is known for its cozy coffee shops, independent boutiques, cool brunch spots, and beautiful streets lined with historic homes. ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
