Other things to note
No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.

- Illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.

No Pets allowed
Pets are strictly not allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $250 CAD penalty.

Accurate Guest Count
For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per guest per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out
Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM.
Need flexibility? Feel free to inquire—early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

Cleaning Policy
This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not included unless requested. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

Stay Extensions
If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This helps us adjust schedules and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
