While the condo is located in an upscale, quiet, and very safe residential building, the area has lively spots nearby on King West, with bars and nightclubs just around the corner. If you prefer to stay in, you can order food for delivery or pick-up through services like UberEats, Ritual, or DoorDash.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
