As this is a residential building, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, out of consideration for other residents, especially during evening and overnight hours.

Secure and Well-Monitored Building
For added peace of mind, the building offers 24-hour security and monitored common areas. Guests are asked to follow all building policies throughout their stay.

Cleaning and Essentials
The condo is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional towels, linens, and essential supplies may be available on request, depending on availability.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please let us know your dog's breed before booking so we can prepare accordingly. Hypoallergenic and non-shedding dogs are welcome with a $75 additional cleaning fee. For non-hypoallergenic or shedding breeds, extra cleaning fees and a refundable damage deposit may apply depending on the breed and reservation details. All pet requests require approval before confirmation.
