Nick met me upon arrival, helped with parking, and guided me exactly where to go, making check-in smooth and stress-free. „I checked into the hotel on October 22 after a long transatlantic flight. Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes. The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. „Really great facilities and incredibly kind staff, also towards our kids, especially at reception and bar. Very good value for money at the rate we have booked. Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people.
