„Great property and location “

„This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. “

„Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent. ...

„Check in was very easy. Unit was nicely decorated and spacious and comfortable. Multiple pools on site helped as it can get busy at times but was not too busy. Beach proximity perfect. Enjoyed restaurant on site. Plenty of just offsite parking across street if needed. Really a non issue but good to know if you get there and don’t see a spot immediately adjacent. Will def stay at this location again when we come to Topsail as we have stayed at a few other locations nearby and this one was best ...

„Nice condo in a great city. Views of the water out the back, plenty of room for our family of 7 with 3 being children. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Surf City. It was also very nice that they had beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler available to use for our beach day. Highly recommend.“
