„We have been on family vacation with our kids and stayed there 5 nights. The hotel and the staff were quite nice, extraordinary helpful and service orientated. We enjoyed our apartment and the cleanliness very much! Overall an awesome location with two nice pools and a great gym and spa area :) Room for improvement in the apartment is only a missing wardrobe/coat rack and some extra drawers. We will return :) “

„Very pleasant stay! We were planning to stay at another international 5-star nearby , but it was full so we booked this one instead mainly because of the swimming pool. It’s a good surprise to us! The room is big, Gael maintained facilities and very good service comparing to intercontinental hotel nearby. Good service overall, but not perfect. I went to the front to ask if we can borrow a knife for cutting fruits, the young lady replied impassively that it’s not available without any ...

„I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English ...

„Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.“
