„Wir haben uns auf eine einfache Unterkunft eingestellt. Aber…., Als wir ankamen haben wir gedacht, wir trauen unseren Augen nicht. Das Haus gleicht einer Baustelle, der Garten ist verwildert und man schaut gleich auf das nächste Abrisshaus. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und nicht unbedingt sauber. Das Geschirr ist dreckig und ölig, sodass man sich regelrecht ekelt. Nichts ist einladend. Hier möchte man keinen Urlaub verbringen. Wir sind am nächsten Tag abgereist und haben uns was anderes ...

„This is not a rating of the apartment, only a rating of our circumstance. We were not able to stay due to a communication problem. We arrived in the town and sent emails via VRBO to the owner. We waited for over 2 hours but didn’t get any response. We left then to find another place to stay. We found out the next day that the owner did not get our messages until an hour after we had already left. She apologized for the communication problems and was kind enough to refund our charges. „The apartment is located in a beautiful Medieval Village in the Aosta Valley at the base of the Bard Fortress. There is convenient parking with a few excellent restaurants within walking distance. Marta, the property manager, was very accommodating and responsive- we enjoyed spending time with her. The stairs to and in the apartment are challenging for older adults or handicapped.We thoroughly enjoyed our Piemonte stay. “
