Booking Policy:
50% of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, along with airport transportation and meal plan payment if booking either or both of these services. Full payment is due at time of booking if booking is being made 30 days or fewer before check in.

60+ days cancellation notice - full refund less 5.5% transaction fee
30-59 days cancellation notice - cancellation fee 50% of rental rate less 5.5% transaction fee

Flanked by natural Nicaraguan gardens and foliage, take a refreshing dip in the pool after a long day in the sun. Head up the exterior stairs to the second floor terrace (accessible through patios doors from the living room and dining room), enjoy a cup of coffee at the al fresco dining space with an extraordinary view to start your day.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN

Located on the second floor and under high ceilings with two patio exits leading to the terrace, the open concept living space provides guests with a functional space to take in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

The living area comes with 2 comfortable sofas to enjoy satellite TV in the air conditioned living space. Flowing to the fully equipped kitchen, make use of the ample granite counter space to prep a meal for the rest of the group. Equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee machine, and a blender, make quick bites on the go or for a snack at the eat-in kitchen bar.

*All 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with towels and standard essentials for your comfort including, shampoo and soap in the full bathrooms.

MASTER SUITE (KING BED)
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and blackout shades for a great, uninterrupted night’s sleep.

The unique ensuite bathroom features his & her sinks, an indoor shower, and an amazing open-air shower with a waterfall waterhead.

QUEEN SUITE (QUEEN BED)
Steps from the pool area, the first guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a dresser, and lovely floral views towards Playa Santana.

KING/TWIN SUITES (2 TWIN BEDS/KING BED)
With the option to convert the two twin beds into a king, the third bedroom of Casa Alegre comes with 2 twin beds and views of the pool area.

This outstanding villa is professionally managed, fully cleaned before every stay, and for your convenience, comes with everything you`ll need for a comfortable stay.

The entire villa is air conditioned for your comfort, and comes with wireless internet, fully stocked amenities, housekeeping & gardening staff.

Please note that the housekeeping staff will do any laundry you may have as they are the only ones with access to the washer and dryer in the house. 1 free laundry service is included with stays of 3-7 nights. All subsequent laundry requests will be an added charge of $10 per load.

Please note that occasional power outages are common in this area. This property has a battery back-up system in place, which will power most outlets (including refrigerator and internet), ceiling fans and lights during a power outage. The back-up system does not power A/Cs, microwave, water heaters or laundry machines. Please limit use of electrical items during a power outage in order to conserve battery life - typically the system will last approximately 4 to 6 hours, but this depends on usage.

DISTANCE FROM AIRPORT

Located about a 2.5-hour drive from the Augusto C. Sandino airport in Managua. Another option can be the Liberia, Costa Rica Airport located approximately 3 hours from the Rancho Santana development. Flying into Liberia requires a border crossing, and our drivers can be on-hand to help with navigating, escorting guests across both borders and delivering them safely to their accommodations.

We can organize transportation service to and from the airport. If you would like to rent a vehicle, we highly recommend renting a 4x4 as it does get a bit bumpy in Nicaragua, and not driving at night without a guide. We can coordinate delivery of a rental vehicle to your villa, free of charge!

A vehicle will also allow you to access the Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros surf breaks. There is a back road within Rancho Santana that leads to a surf parking area (and great taco restaurant!). You can park there and surf Los Perros out front or walk to Panga Drops and Playa Colorado.
