If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the most repulsive and unhygienic stay of my life.We arrived at nearly 6:00 PM—a full two hours after the official 4:00 PM check-in time—giving the staff plenty of extra time to prepare. Instead, we walked into a complete health hazard. The room was utterly disgusting. There was stray hair scattered all over the bed, and someone else's dirty underwear was left sitting right in the bathroom.Because the conditions were completely unlivable and the front desk offered no immediate help, we were forced to drop to our knees and scrub and sanitize the entire bathroom ourselves just to be able to use it.To insult us further, the property manager’s "solution" was to offer to send a cleaner a few hours before we were scheduled to check out on our final day. Offering to clean a room at the tail end of a three-night stay is an absolute joke and pure laziness. This hotel has zero housekeeping standards, non-existent management, and a complete lack of basic human decency. Save your money, protect your health, and stay far away from this place.
