Enjoy the entire sauna experience in complete privacy—change, sauna, cool down, and relax without waiting or sharing the space with strangers.
Self-löyly is available, allowing you to pour a small amount of water or approved sauna fragrance onto the hot stones.
The plunge bath is normally maintained at approximately 14–16°C and around 16–18°C during warmer months.

Relax on the mats in front of the Smart TV, sink into the comfortable beanbag, listen to music through the Bluetooth speaker, or unwind with a refreshing drink on the rooftop. Guests with tattoos are warmly welcome.

★ FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron, Smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker. With generous private space across three floors, Kanako Penthouse is well suited to families and groups seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

★ CONTACTLESS STAY
Kanako Penthouse is independently operated and does not have a front desk or resident staff. Check-in and check-out are completely contactless. Detailed access and check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.

★ IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION
There is no elevator. Guests must use the stairs to reach the entrance on the 3rd floor and to move between floors. Please consider this carefully if you have limited mobility or will be carrying large or heavy luggage. Airport luggage-delivery services are available.

★ SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the building and around the entrance. It is permitted only on the rooftop, with consideration for our neighbors and proper disposal of cigarette waste.

★ PLEASE NOTE
• The 2nd floor is a dental clinic. Please do not enter unless you have an appointment.
• Please review the photos and multi-floor layout carefully before booking.
• Follow all sauna instructions provided after check-in.
• Do not remove furnishings, decorations, or equipment from the property.
• No on-site parking is available; nearby paid parking information can be provided.
• We cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out, but we can provide information about alternative services. Or possibly book an early check-in time.
• Security cameras monitor the building’s common areas for safety and to prevent unauthorized entry. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.

The penthouse is conveniently located near Monzen-Nakacho Station, one of eastern Tokyo’s most useful transport hubs.

• Tokyo Metro Tozai Line Exit 1: Approximately two minutes on foot
• Elevator access for the Tozai Line: Use Exit 2
• Toei Oedo Line Exit 4: Approximately six minutes on foot; an elevator is available

Monzen-Nakacho Station is served by two subway lines:

The penalty for stained towels, bedding, and linen starts at:
¥2,000 per linen item or towel
¥5,000 for each comforter, pillow, and bed pad.

★CHECK-IN
Guest Registration is required in advance for ALL guests before check-in by filling out the form with personal and travel information.
Please be assured that this information is only submitted to the Japanese government department upon request and will not be disclosed to any third party.
You will receive check-in information and guidance a few days before your arrival.

★CHECK-OUT
We will also advise you on the details of how to check out of the penthouse the day before.
Please do not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.

★CHECK-OUT delay:
The check-out time is fixed; any delay of 15 minutes will cost 4,000 yen per hour.
Please be ready on time or arrange a late check-out in advance.

★All ROOMS are non-smoking (including around the building).
If smoking is CONFIRMED in any form, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately, and you will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking with manners is allowed on the rooftop!

★Children are welcome; the total number of guests, including kids, is 6 (regardless of the child's age).

★ CLEANING
Light cleaning will be conducted every 3 nights; we will remove the trash and change the towels, typically between 12 - 4 pm.

★ DAMAGE POLICY
If any damage occurs during your stay, notify us immediately to arrange repairs and avoid additional high charges.

★The minimum damage fee starts from 30,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused may be charged additionally.
