* Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) King bed, 43"-TV, 4-drawer dresser. Crib available for families.

*Pocono Farms Community Amenities
Guests have access to an incredible array of community perks, including a heated pool, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, a playground, and a private beach/lake equipped with paddleboards and kayaks.

***Important Registration Rule: Guests must be registered with Pocono Farms 72 hours in advance to use community facilities. We handle this logistics/paperwork, We will just need the full names of everyone in your party upon booking.

***Pool Wristbands (Seasonal: Memorial Day to Labor Day): We provide 6 complimentary wristbands in your welcome basket.
Additional guests will receive a white wristband. White wristbands grant access to all community amenities except the pool. To access the pool, white-banded guests can purchase a daily pool pass directly at the pool for $10/day per person.

*Golf: The 18 hole championship golf course is available for an additional fee. Tee times must be arranged directly with the Pro Shop.

*Check-In & Entry
Secure, keyless entry via Smart Lock. Your custom access code will be sent to you exactly 1 hour prior to check-in and will remain active for the duration of your stay.

Strictly NO pets allowed on the property.
NO parties- if a party is reported the reservation will be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to leave the property

* Safety & Security
For your safety and the security of the property, 4 external, outward-facing recording motion and sound security cameras are active on the premises (no cameras face the interior or the hot tub/sunroom living spaces):
