„great place for homebase to visit Hudson Valley area and host was very communicative and helpful“

„The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I ...

„The room was sufficient to our needs. Didn’t realize it was a multi-unit property or that it was on the second floor.“

„This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. „Absolutely beautiful place. Carefully prepared for our arrival with tea light and lampshades on throughout the accommodation. No complaints whatsoever and if anything exceeded our expectations. The location was great for our plans exploring Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Would 100% recommend. Communication throughout was perfect 👌. Thank you for a wonderful stay .“

„Kevin was very friendly, kindly assisting us with check-in (even when we even gave limited notice about our arrival time!) and giving us a tour of the garden and his property grounds. While he lives upstairs, he was entirely non-intrusive during our stay. A really beautiful property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The rental unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and offered a fun little escape into a DJ dream respite.“

„We had a terrific stay! Loved waking up every morning to the view of the lake and kayaking in the evening. The unit has been modernized and everything is fresh and clean. We walked to town to eat and visit the shops. Can't wait to stay again!! :)“

„Clean and beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable, excellent bed and linens. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An "out of the way " place and that's its charm, yet close enough - short car rides- to restaurants and other attractions. We'd gladly return!“

„We had a great stay here. Rebecca was awesome, with great communication and the apartment was in perfectly clean condition and everything worked perfectly. I would recommend staying here. I would come back again without hesitation. Cindy and Mike. “
