„Das Ferienhaus ist wie von Lennart beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre im Haus einmalig. In der Aussenanlage mit überdachter Terrasse, Pool und herrlichem Weitblick lässt es sich auch bei 35 sehr gut aushalten. Der Kontakt mit Lennart und Mila (diese ist vor Ort) war stets problemlos.Also: Haus, Pool und Lage, top. Klare Empfehlung von mir.Anmerkung: evtl. Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer anbringen.“

„We stayed at Casa Spartaco for almost a month. This is a fantastic place for both short term and long term stays, and if you WFH It is well equipped as well. The house is extremely well equipped, big tvs everywhere, blazing fast internet. Pots, pans, everything you might need to cook. The owners did things right, invested on the property so those that stay feel very comfortable at home. „This house is very clean and close to the piazza and castle. Surrounded with beautiful views of the surroundings and mountains and castle. Every services can be easily reached on foot and so was the parking near by the castle. The house is warm, the beds comfortable and so was the living area , kitchen was clean with plenty of kitchen space. Anna was Very welcoming and friendly. We will certainly be back to stay again. “

„Kleines Ferienhaus in verkehrsgünstiger Lage, PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Für nicht-Süditalien-gewöhnte durch die Straße und die Nachbarschaft (Pizzeria) vielleicht etwas laut. Das Haus hat eine Art Wintergarten, in dem es im Sommer nur bei Öffnung aller Türen und Fenster auszuhalten ist; im Garten gibt es aber etwas Schatten.
