Velvet Home near Continental factory

Welcome to Velvet Home, this is a new apartment in a recently built building, finalized in December 2020. The location is on the biggest boulevard in Timisoara called Liviu Rebreanu.
I have put a lot of effort and high costs in this apartment, working for months on the interior design. Many of the decorations are handmade by me, so please try to keep it clean and safe. No parties allowed.
This cosy apartment has a big value for me and I am happy to rent it for you.
The space
I chose the “Velvet Home” name because the sofa, the curtains, chairs etc are made from velvet fabric which makes it look very elegant.
I provide kitchen plates, cutlery, pots, pan, everything that you need for cooking.
You can use everything that you will find in the apartment.
You can also enjoy the view from the balcony at 11th floor, make sure to not miss the sunrise :)
My apartment is 2 steps away from Lidl supermarket, AEM factory or Smartfit 2 Gym. 5-10 min walk to Continental factory

You can use the 2 elevators to reach my apartment and you have also a private parking
