This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable ...

„The place had private parking within a gated community, the place was very lovely and right next to beach, nice to fall asleep with the sound of the waves, place jad incredible views, willie was very responsive and accomadating. It was fun that they had board games to keep you entertained as well.“

The only complaints would be the hallway bathroom smell seems like it was due to bad plumbing, the shampoo/condition bathtub dispensers were pretty much empty, the balcony sliding door handle was broken and no one ever brought the bathtub chair for my friend that was in a wheelchair.“
