It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because you’ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water. “

„This house was everything and more not to far from the activities we wanted to endure in the nighttime, the security guards are incredible each night they made sure we had a private taxi whatever we needed they didn’t hesitate to give us a hand. The housing is very clean! Olga was awesome trouble locating the housing address but she walked talked to me road by road until i was at the house! “Side note” use the main BLVD exit itll be alot easier! „This property is beautiful and the owner is very helpful and accessible by phone when you have a question. We booked this house when my daughter was getting married in Rosarita. It housed my husband and I, 3 grown daughters, their husbands, 3 grandchildren, my parents, and the bride to be before her wedding. The space was perfect, the house is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. “

„Besides the musty smell this unit had a great view of the ocean. What ruined this for me was the fact that there was no water on our last night in Las Gaviotas. We couldn't shower, let alone wash our hands. Response from the owner was less than inviting. I'll be back, just not at this location. “

„Overall, the home met our needs for the trip and was within walking distance of downtown (which was a priority). The biggest issue we had was with management. „This home was great! So clean and well outfitted with everything we could have needed. It was a short walk to both the beach and the pool, and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The roof deck was beautiful, and the views of the ocean from the open kitchen/dining/living room made it truly feel like vacation.
