Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.“

„We had 8 adults and 5 children in our group for 3 nights here for a memorable Hawkeye football family weekend. It's older, eclectic and minimalist (kind of a frat house vibe) and could definitely use some TLC. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the driveway is quite steep so we were glad it wasn't icy. „Kadia's Place was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Cedar Rapids. It was clean, easy check-in and out, and excellent communication by our host! It is small, dated, and very basic but perfect for a comfortable place to sleep at night for my husband, our adult son, and myself.
