„This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. Unit is about a 45 minute drive to San Juan, and there is LOTS of traffic heading to and from San Juan, so it was always ...

The location was easy to find, literally around the corner from Mar Chiquita, and while a little off the beaten path, it was worth it for the quiet, relaxing, and secure area. We felt very safe. „We had an incredible stay at the villa illusion. The host and manager of the property was prompt with responses and fixed the very minor issues we had in a very timely manner. The house is set on a hillside with an incredible view of the ocean. A five minute walk to Mar Chiquita. The house was stocked with everything we needed apart from groceries which is obvious. The house was very clean and easy to find and check into. We would and plan to stay here again. “

„Absolutely beautiful! The beach is fabulous and just a short maybe 5 min walk to mar Chiquita! The mornings on the beach were so peaceful! The beach in front of the condo is definitely not a swimable beach, but the sounds of the waves were amazing! The patio area was cute and very nice to rinse off after the beach !
