We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. „The property itself looked a bit run down on arrival, but what an experience we had. This cute upgraded little unit was breathtaking and the views. Wow. The decoration was spot on, the pullout couch was surprisingly comfy. I heard the bed was a bit on the harder side, but nothing to complain about. The owner was so responsive and open. „We were there a week and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There's a good view of the Arch Cape Rocks, and the ocean toward the south. Be aware there are 25 steps up to the house, so if you have trouble with stairs this is a place to avoid. The new bathroom is amazing with a heated floor, and both a rain and hand held shower. „The location was just wonderful, right on the beach with easy access. Easy to walk places, very dog friendly. Would like to have had a gate on the deck where the stairs are to secure the deck better. The purple chairs really need to be replaced or totally taken out. The springs in the cushions are totally popping up. Plus would give more room in living area without them. Other than that, the place was simply amazing. Thank you. “
