Opted for two premium rooms, only one was given, the other one small and noisy, the tram passes by next to the room.Cleaning of the room wasn’t done, had to call twice till they came, they forgot to dust, put clean glasses and toilet paper. Had to call again. Opening hours of the Sofia Bar and restaurant not acceptable, announced otherwise on the website. Breakfast poor for a 5- star hotel.“

„Nice apartment, but we had trouble getting in, because they send us a wi-fi password that did not work, so we had to get the key at the office 700 meters away. The apartment is well equipped and ok. But we had trouble again at leaving it. Check-out is at 11 AM, but our last 15 minutes we were disturbed. A workman came to fix something, and it was hard for us to make him understand that he had to wait untill 11:00. Then some lady came at began to say something, and at last the cleaner, and we had ...
