„Excellent hotel! Food the best of our journey. Service perfekt! Also the room was very comfy.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
Two small things to improve:
1. pool time from 9-18 is definitely to short. I want to swim in the morning and not at 9 am.
2. the cocktails ( I tried mojito and aperol) are horrible.
All in all I will book at my next holiday this hotel again! “
„The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all“
„My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First“
