We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The title is a good description for the hotel. From outsie you just enter a simple door but as soon as you're inside you breathe history. It's an ancient building with original stone walls. The design is a beautiful mixture of new and old. We had a great room which was very clean and tidy. As we went to sleep we looked up to the ceiling made of stones that form a roof.
