„Exceptional - the attention to detail was amazing. Bedroom, service, food and drinks were first class. The hotel is immaculate and quirky with many added extras like a games room with record player and records, a boot room, a bar with fires. Unfortunately the restaurants were fully booked - so book them early! I will definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel most highly x“

„Wir waren vergangenes Wochenende für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel.
Es liegt ideal neben dem NEC, nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und tolle Shopping Möglichkeiten im selben Resort.
Es blieb uns leider zu wenig Zeit alles zu entdecken.

„Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped.
We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. “
