Cleanliness Standard
This is a shoeless home. We maintain a consistently clean, allergen-conscious environment using:

Professional cleaning + steam sanitation
Mattress encasements and protected bedding
Minimal clutter

If you’re used to removing shoes at home, you’ll feel very comfortable here.

Hot Tub Access
May 1 – August 30: Hot tub access is included with all reservations.

September 1 – April 30: Hot tub not offered

Rather than maximizing occupancy, we focus on providing a consistent, well-cared-for environment. Something many guests find makes a meaningful difference in how restorative their stay feels.

Crystal Cave has reopened after a 4-year closure. Tickets sell out fast (we provide booking info + insider tips after you reserve).

Required for Check-In: ID Verification
A detailed description of the guests/trip and valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name must be uploaded within 24 hours of booking. This is required separately from platform verification and must be approved prior to your booking being confirmed. Failure to submit ID verification within 24 hours of booking may be subjected to forced cancellation and non refundable fees.

Instant Book Policy:
Guests must have 2+ reviews and a 5-star rating. Otherwise, the host may cancel without penalty.

Discount Policy:
No unauthorized platform discounts honored. Discounted rates not explicitly agreed upon in writing with the host in advance are not valid and subject to cancellation.

Booking constitutes legal acceptance of our Rental Agreement and House Rules. Violation results in immediate enforcement/eviction without refund.
