„Cocoa Cottage was meticulously clean and well stocked with every amenity you could think of. The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the spacious deck and well appointed rooms. We were wishing it was summer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool. Our hostess was attentive in communication. We will be back!“

„We had all of the amenities necessary to make this such a homie stay. Everything was included, the neighborhood was adorable and had easy access to main roads and restaurants. Quiet area. The only thing that we would change is a little more attention to detail with cleaning. There seemed to be random items left behind in each room. Otherwise, this host was amazing!“

„We had a wonderful time at this historic house. Mount Gretna is such a welcoming community and having the tall trees surrounding this cozy home is a one-of-a-kind experience. The rental needs some rennovations, but that's to be expected for a home this old. Also, the space is much smaller than it looked in the listing photos. We would love to visit again during the summer months!“

„My wife has been dying to sleep in the shoe for 30 years. She nearly died when she discovered her birthday surprise of a weekend in the shoe house. We had so much fun doing shoe themed activities and eating foot/shoe themed things. I think it's so much fun to be able to say we slept in a shoe. We had an absolute blast!“

„This was our 4th time staying in the Bird House and we had another enjoyable time. We love the country location it makes us feel like home. This time we enjoyed the York Herb and Garden Festival on Friday and spent a lot of time visiting the Amish Greenhouses. We cook most of our meals to spend time with our dogs but we did order take our from Caruso's Italian Restaurant and it was great and only 5 minutes away so still very hot when we arrived back to the house. We would highly recommend it and ...
