Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little ...

Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are.
