French doors leading to a back deck with a grill, hot tub and fire pit. A surround sound media room upstairs with wet bar comes fully equipped with mini fridge, ice maker and sink for easy clean up. The three season screened porch offers a peaceful respite to enjoy nature. Let the chef of the group prepare a nice home cooked meal with a fully functioning kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils provided for you. The first floor has a master suite with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second and third bedroom are also on the main level with the second full bathroom. The newly finished basement offers three additional bedrooms and a media/gaming area. This home gives everyone plenty of space to start and end the day. Finally, scale the small drop off behind the back yard and enjoy a short hike through the property’s 3 acres to Mill Brook.

There is also risk in not booking early and not getting the dates and homes that you want. If the state of New Hampshire welcome travelers, than so do we. We will not give refunds outside of the stated refund policy due to discomfort or unwillingness/inability to follow quarantine guidelines for your state. Our home is very isolated and in our opinion, a safe way for families to travel and connect during these stressful times. We do offer a partial refund if you cancel on short notice, and we are able to rent the home for your dates to another family. Please be sure that your risk comfort aligns with this house rule.
