„Really liked this distinguished older home with a fenced backyard. Very clean, nice bed linens etc. and nice kitchen. The large original doors in the hallway had been reset as sliding barn doors and they don’t latch or stay fully shut (my dog kept nudging my cousin’s door open and the bathroom door to visit us (yes he’s a Velcro dog). We didnt need to open windows, but if we’d wanted to, or worse, needed to in emergency, we couldn’t have because they’re caulked shut. That should be corrected. ...

„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. „Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!“
