„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. „House was comfortable. One bed is in a loft that has a ladder so probably more suitable for a teen which worked out well for us. Lake is the reason we are there so docking the boat up to the dock was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We drive a pickup so trash isn’t a problem in that we just took it out to the truck to take it to the local dumpster. Great place for a family to enjoy each other. “
