„We booked a Room with a King Size Bed, what had been confirmed. We got 2 Queen Beds. I told the guy who checked us in about that, he would talk to the Manager. Never heard Housekeeping is when someone has time. First 3 days nothing happens, then everyday. The Ladys who take care of the Breakfast are great! Best Part of the Hotel.“

„Sehr gutes Hotel für eine Nacht. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse wird ein sehr gutes Frühstück angeboten. “

In four days none serviced our room, the hallways where dirty, floors, bathroom everything. When we needed something like toilet paper or clean towels we need to get it ourself…. A hick up is OK, but not for 4 days!“
