„Location great for town and next to Morrisons. Road noise not an issue as the traffic eases at 8ish. Very quiet in night. Super safe private parking. Own entry to rooms at back. I'd stay again - great value. “

„Booked last minute as we needed to break our journey. Arrived at 20.30 hrs. Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. As food was only served till 9pm we put our bags in the room and came down for some food. The menu looked good and what we ordered didnt dissapoint. I especially loved the chips qhich were treble cooked. Our room was clean and fairly basic, in a nice sort of way. Breakfast superb, rooms clean and comfy, and 72 free parking round the back of the property make it a great base for a long weekend to explore the area. Would happily return!“

Das Geschirr auf dem Zimmer war dreckig, die Handtücher hatten Flecken, überall Staub usw. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, aufgetautes Toastbrot, die Margarine lieblos in einer dreckigen Tasse serviert,Kaffee und Tee ebenfalls in total ...

„I use this as a stop over before and after flying at Newcastle Airport. It’s a 7 minute walk to the terminal and it clean and the owners are friendly and very helpful especially regarding early morning departure or late night arrivals. More comfortable than the three other hotels on airport “

„Totally confused Receptionist. Claiming only one room of two booked, at much higher rate. Claiming all Expedia's fault. No, it wasn't. Their Reservation was clear, 2 doubles with bath and breakfast. So the 2nd room was freed with shared bathroom and both pretty battered. Expedia had already charged for both ordered rooms, hotel wanted to further charge, which I rejected. Beautiful area, also hotel location at the river bridge and parking. Look for another accomodation. Not worth the hassle.“
