„The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.“

„Prince Rupert House is a very beautiful house on a country estate. It has an outdoor pool which our grandchildren loved. Also croquet, tennis court and lots of walks. We had no issues with the house … it slept 10 comfortably and would accommodate 12. Great place to go and relax. 25 minutes from York and 30 minutes from Harrogate. All in all a lovely time together as a family. No complains at all. I can heartily recommended this place. They also have smaller properties too.“

„The property is fairly spacious but is on 3 levels plus 10 stairs to initially get to the door. So is not at all disabled friendly. Their is no banister on the first rise of stairs within the house and no stair gate. „This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults.
