"A tidy, modern hotel with plenty of space in the room for a family of 4. The beds and choice of pillows were particularly comfortable. Breakfast offering was good with usual fare on offer. Coffee from the machine was only average at best. Otherwise a pleasant overnight on our journey south."

"For a 3 star hotel, the rooms were fine and the breakfast was exceptional. The only negative was a strong ‚musty/damp‘ smell that really hits you when you enter and is present to a low degree throughout."

"Camera grande, pulita; bagno grande e pulito, alcuni dettagli da mettere a posto: - asse WC ha dovuto essere cambiata, perfettamente eseguito dal personale dopo segnalazione; - condiglio una mensola nel locale WC per appoggiare oggetti, manca; - leva del tappo del lavandino, mancava la pallina per afferrarla, bisognava maneggiarla prendendo il filetto. Colazione molto completa ma troppo cara. Menu caro e qualità buona ma non all'altezza del 5 stelle che dovrebbe essere; ci sono ristoranti molto migliori a Vichy per un prezzo più ragionevole. Manutenzione delle strutture un po' carente (parti metalliche arrugginite). SPA troppo limitata per il prezzo: 1 sola vasca disponibile con getti d'acqua e jacuzzi, 1 sauna e 1 hamman (tra l'altro non funzionante). Personale molto gentile, sempre disponibile e attento. Per me è un buon hotel ma non merita 5 stelle, direi 4."

"Das Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht. Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig und sauber, das Frühstück lecker und die Betten bequem. Als einziger Minuspunkt würde ich den Teppichboden sehen- er hatte die beste Zeiten hinter sich gehabt. Ansonsten Preis -Leistungsverhältnis war super!"
