„I stayed at the Nyton (single room) for two nights. I was very happy with the room (clean, well presented, comfortable bed). The room was not big of course, and the bathroom was actually quite tiny, but there was nothing wrong with it. In a way the hotel is very similar to other small hotels in the UK, so the walls are a bit too thin and the shower doesn't offer much water pressure, but on the plus side staff were very friendly and it was a very enjoyable stay. “

„The food was some of the best we have ever eaten - delicious and freshly made. The room however was disappointing- clearly see some improvements but masking tape around the towel rail - holes in the wall in bathroom and bathroom door handle broken - cleanliness could have been better - toilet lid and seat had dirt in it and the ledge under the towel rail was full of dust and hairs - towels provided had stains on and holes in them - can’t complain regards to staff and service and the food all ...

„Lovely property. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. Comfortable, clean room with tea, coffee etc, fridge and microwave. Let down by the bathroom - a poor design - the floor flooded each time we used the shower, no matter how careful we were. ( Nothing the owners could do about this, but unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am each morning by the early risers with heavy feet in the room above ours. We’d ask for an upstairs room if we stayed again). “

„Ich war für 6 Nächte dort. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und ruhig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In Norwich ist man in ca. 20 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und stets bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Das Frühstück ist erstklassig und wird frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind außerdem sehr gemütlich, ländlich eingerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig. Ich kann dieses Hotel/Pub sehr empfehlen.“

„The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.“

„Just a two night break to visit the area and catch up with old friends. The annexe to the Old Chapel was delightful - clean and neat and comfortable and our hosts Tony & Aileen Kilbee were friendly and helpful. The cottage is full of paintings done by Aileen which were a lovely touch.“

„Great house for large family gathering. A bit tired in places. Bathrooms could do with updating but perfectly adequate. Lots of hot water and warm house. Well equipped and nicely decorated for Christmas. Great spaces so not on top of each other.“

„The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (modern gas cooker, TV, WiFi, books and games, large supply of basics e.g. sugar, tea, coffee, sauces etc.). We enjoyed the secluded garden overlooking the golf course and the frequent sightings of squirrels, moorhens, pheasants and deer.“
