„Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. „I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!“

„great stay. clean room. clean bathroom. staff is top class. safe area with lots of dining options.“
