„Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. Everything was clean and they provided bottled water when I arrived. I felt very safe at the property as a solo traveler, and had no worries about anyone ...

„Very spacious, clean and quiet. We wish we had been closer to a beach and restaurants, but Aquilla isn’t that big. We preferred other beaches than Sandy Hill as it had no trees or amenities. “

„Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here. “

„Beautiful view in a lovely, well appointed unit facing the pool and ocean. Outstanding communication with Joyce, our property manager throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable unit in a quiet area. Expect a little noise during the day as you’re directly in front of the pool. Great location here, with short drives to everything you might need. „It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living.
