„I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience, but there were some issues worth mentioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was comfortable, and the bed was clean and cozy, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, the bathroom was a major downside. „Es war alles sehr sauber, Housekeeping während des Aufenthaltes gab es nicht, bei fehlenden Dingen sollte man zur Rezeption kommen. Für mich gar kein Problem, da mein Zimmer bei der Anreise super sauber war! Frühstück hätte ich dazu buchen können, frühstücke aber nicht. Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Wenn ich wieder in Dallas bin, würde ich hier auf alle Fälle wieder übernachten! Es gab COVID Schutzmaßnahmen, die ich für gut befand!“

„What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay ...
