„Great location close to city. Great view from room. Excellent facilities“

„tolles neues Hotel.

„Overall, a good accommodation in a perfect location for the exhibition center. Some areas, such as the gym or the pool area, could be renovated, but these are just minor things. I can recommend this accommodation.“

„Alles zu unserer vollsten zufriedenheit!“

„Flat was overall not clean. I got in touch in advance to ask if there is a laundry machine. There was one but it was full of mould inside and the detergent drawer - awful. Also, the tap of the bathtub and the sink was leaking as well as the iron. The iron board was not padded so not useful as you would see the pattern of the iron underneath. Worst was that one of the single beds had two broken legs on one side so it couldn’t be used and we had to sleep with one child in a bed! Also, the number ...

„Schönes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal “

„I booked a room with a king bed and paid upfront. When I wanted to check in, I was told that my room has been given to someone else because apparently I was too late. How can you be too late for your room if you have already paid upfront? So I had to take a room with two Queen beds although I was staying for 4 nights. I did not feel like I was being taken seriously from the reception. Also the gym is a joke, the only machine (tower) is broken and the dumbbels only reach up to 20kgs. The ...

„Super groß, zentral gelegen, wunderbarer Ausblick . Swimmingpool .“

„Initially, we were given a room without a balcony and with very little natural light due to a neighboring building. The layout was also not suitable for staying with a baby. After requesting a room change, I was helped the next day. We received a similar room, but with a much better layout, plenty of natural light, and a balcony. This made us very happy and allowed us to enjoy our stay with our child. The very young staff were not particularly helpful; however, the older colleagues during peak ...

„Great location. Tram stop right out front. Loved the late check out options.“

„Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them“
