Loved the stonework and thought that went into the building, inside and out, including the picnic table and bench outside that allowed for just enjoying the quiet location and visitors to nearby bird feeders. „I am giving the stay 2 stars instead of 1 because of the tranquil location. Unfortunately there were challenges beginning to end. The instructions said to go around the back of the garage to the door. There is no marked path and no signs so you’re left feeling lost. Then the door was so swollen shut that my boyfriend (who works out a lot) had to use both hands and his body weight to open and close it. They key provided locks this door on the first floor and not the second floor door to the unit. ...

„We were shocked to find such a gem for SUCH a reasonable price on a holiday weekend. Unfortunately my husband and myself were staying here for work, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy all the amenities(the grounds and the cabin), but everything else was fantastic. It was clean and organized, thoughtful toiletries included if needed(tooth brush, combs, various hair and skin products), and it was in a quiet area. Which, for us and the purpose of our stay, was very ideal and let us relax and get rest ...

The basic condiments in the fridge, tea & coffee, water bottles, and bathroom toiletries were thoughtful provisions for short term stays. Having on site parking was a huge advantage.“
