„We had to change our room multiple times over a 2 night stay. The bedding had stains & the rooms were not clean. Marks on the walls to unwashed floors. We asked to get a refund, so we could leave the hotel & got promised the Presidential Suit, although it was bigger, all the same issues persisted. The WiFi was intermittent & slow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.“

„Signed up with Expedia went to property they said no reservation. Spend evening trying to work out with Expedia. Yep said after 30 min we have resolved with property. Assured. Dropped off at check in time. Expedia could not resolve. Said there system not working with Expedia left to figure out . “

„Amazing place, but many steps!“

„Отель находится не далеко от OLS BAS STAND, через рынок вверх по лестнице между двух домов. Окон (нормальных) в этом отеле по видимому нет. у нас был номер 101 там было маленькое окошко с решеткой выходило на стену соседнего дома стоящего в 30 см и на часть пола балкона соседнего дома. В номерах сыро, ванная комната не имеет вытяжки, окошко не открывается. Душ- его нет, это стандартные 2 крана и ведро, из которого поливаешься, шторок тоже нет, поэтому поливаться надо аккуратно. За такие деньги ...

„L'hôtel est très correct avec une vue géniale sur les montagnes. C'est simple mais tout à fait correct. C'est mis que c'est à 2 minutes de Christ church, mais en fait c'est à 10 minutes, par une montée bien raide. Ça ne nous a pas gênés, mais je pense que c'est important de le savoir. “
